Progress in the Bathroom
So, the work on the master bath is a little slower than expected, but I’m moving at lightning pace compared to the previous year and a half. I started tiling this past weekend and hope to be finished by Saturday. Here are some update photos:

The cement backerboard almost completely installed, about November 2008.
Most of the tile dry-fitted and ready for actual installation.
On Sunday night after the last photo, I did install the upper half of the two short walls, and last night after work I did the lower half of one wall, and the row of bullnose tile that follows the edge of the ledges. Hopefully tonight after work I can muster up the energy to finish the installation. Then I can grout on Saturday morning and use the shower on Sunday!
